Day 3: 25-Minute Strong Full-body Pilates With Weights
This 25-minute Pilates class will strengthen and sculpt your entire body with the help of light weights. We're combining mindful movements with resistance to build strength, stability, and that slow-burn feeling we love. You can still do this class using your own body weight.
