Day 2: 25-minute Pilates Core with Pilates Ball

This 25-minute Pilates Core workout focuses on building strength, stability, and control in your abs and core muscles. Using a Pilates ball, we'll target your deep core, obliques, and posture for a fun and effective session. You can still do this workout without the ball.
