Day 1: 30-minute Full-Body Pilates Using Weights

Unwind and strengthen in this 30-minute full-body Pilates class designed to leave you feeling balanced and empowered. Using 3kg weights, we’ll move through slow, controlled exercises to tone and lengthen muscles from head to toe. You can also do this video with your own body weight.
