45- minute full moon & full-body pilates & meditation

Thursday, October 17th, the full moon enters the sign of Aries, bringing forth a surge of energy, motivation, courage, and passion. It's the perfect time to harness these powerful themes.

To help you align with this celestial energy, I’ve designed a special Full Moon Pilates flow and meditation. Tuning into the rhythms of the moon can enhance your sense of balance, purpose, and connection to yourself.

For this class, I’ll be incorporating 1-pound ankle weights for an extra challenge. I’ll also place a carnelian crystal on my mat, representing the bold and dynamic qualities of Aries. During our meditation, we’ll use bergamot essential oil for its uplifting and calming effects.
